Installation Guide
In 6 Simple Steps
Prepare the Sheet:Cut and trim the stone veneer sheet to the required size and shape.
Apply the Adhesive: Spread evenly on the back of the veneer using a 3–4 mm notched trowel.
Position the Veneer: Place the sheet on a clean, smooth surface and align it carefully.
Press & Roll: Use a rubber roller or press block to remove trapped air and ensure full bonding.
Trim & Finish: Leave a 2 mm joint between sheets, trim corners if required, and clean excess adhesive immediately.
Seal the Surface: Apply a stone sealer to protect the veneer and enhance its long-term performance.

Two sizes, mainly: 61x122cm for smaller runs, and 122x244cm once a wall's tall enough that seams start showing. Most projects end up choosing based on ceiling height more than anything else.
No, its not. It's made for indoors, thin and flexible enough to wrap a curved wall, but that same thinness means it isn't meant to sit outside in the weather.
Most will, yes. A swatch under your actual room lighting tells you a lot more than a photo ever could, especially with a texture like this one.
Same composite, same hand-finishing process, every single sheet. That's really the whole trick: keep the formulation locked down and the tone doesn't drift across a big order.
Flat, in reinforced cartons sized to the panel dimensions. Since each sheet weighs only 2 to 3kg per square meter, packaging stays light without sacrificing protection during transit.

Concrete Stone Veneer
The Industrial Look, Without the Weight
Not every project can carry the load of real concrete cladding, and that is exactly the gap concrete stone veneer was built to fill. Crafted by hand from a specially formulated composite, each sheet feels like poured concrete under the palm while adding almost none of the weight, and without the environmental cost tied to traditional concrete. Designers reach for it when a brief calls for raw, industrial texture on an interior feature wall, a fireplace surround, or a paneled ceiling, since the finish reads as authentic concrete from arm's length while staying thin enough to bend around a corner rather than crack.
How Concrete Stone Veneer Sheets Fit Into a Design Plan
Getting an industrial look indoors comes down to more than the numbers on a spec sheet, it's how easily a sheet handles the parts of a room that trip up rigid stone.
-Concrete stone veneer sheets bend around curved walls, columns, and rounded furniture edges without cracking
-Cutting to fit doorframes, switch plates, or odd angles takes basic tools, no wet saw required
-The surface takes adhesive well on drywall, plywood, or existing tile without extra prep work
-A single sheet covers enough area to skip visible seams on most accent walls
Why Interior Designers Choose a Reliable Concrete Stone Veneer Supplier
A tight installation schedule leaves little room for guessing on sizing, which is why picking the right concrete stone veneer supplier matters before the first sheet ever gets ordered.
-Stock panels in both standard sizes mean fewer custom cuts and less on-site waste
-The flexible sheet format wraps curved surfaces and rounded corners that rigid stone can't manage
-Lightweight cartons keep delivery costs down compared with heavier natural stone equivalents
-Sample swatches let a designer check the concrete texture finish against a lighting plan before ordering in bulk
Working With a Concrete Stone Veneer Manufacturer That Controls the Finish
Getting that authentic concrete look without the environmental cost of real concrete takes a formulation most cladding factories haven't figured out. As a concrete stone veneer manufacturer, we hand-craft every sheet from a composite designed to mimic concrete's texture and tone precisely, so a feature wall reads as poured in place rather than applied afterward.
-Hand-finishing keeps the smooth concrete texture consistent across large orders
-The composite mix is formulated to avoid the environmental footprint tied to standard concrete production
-Flexibility is built into the sheet itself, not added through backing or scoring
Shipping Standards From Our Concrete Stone Veneer Exporter Line
Buyers overseas often ask how a thin, flexible sheet survives a long transit without creasing. As a concrete stone veneer exporter, we flat-pack every order in reinforced cartons sized to the panel, so sheets arrive ready to install rather than needing to be reshaped on site. The low weight per square meter also keeps freight costs well below a rigid concrete panel.
This kind of veneer suits indoor applications best, from accent walls to furniture cladding, where its thinness and flexibility do the most work. Between the manufacturer's finish control and the supplier's stock sizing, a project gets the industrial look of poured concrete without the weight, thickness, or lead time real concrete demands.
